Peter Chang is at it again. Guests still talk about the first, second, and third time Chang created a feast of some of his favorite, off-menu, homestyle dishes for lucky Charlottesville ticketholders, paired with beers from Champion Brewing Company.
Now comes Homestyle IV, July 11, 2018 at 6 pm at Peter Chang’s. Once again, Chang will personally prepare a multi-course menu of homestyle dishes and be on hand to greet guests. Meanwhile, Champion founder Hunter Smith will describe his beer pairings for each course.
