Guests will have all of Fleurie to themselves for the entire evening, beginning at 6 pm with an hour of passed hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and a complimentary glass of champagne. Next, guests will sit down together for an over-the-top holiday feast, to include Beef Wellington carved table-side by de Brito himself.
