A recent arrival to Charlottesville, baleadas have spread to so many restaurants that it would be worthwhile to do a crawl to compare the many versions of the signature Honduran dish. Among the best would surely be the ones at El Ciruelo Food Truck.
Handmade flat bread folded around mashed beans, cheese and mantequilla. No wonder Hondurans love them so much.
