Perfect for group bidding, the Al Carbon signature experience for The Charlottesville 29 Restaurant Auctions:
The “29” Molcajete and Margarita Party
Al Carbon is beloved for its menu of traditional Mexican foods from the hometowns of owners Myriam and Claudio and Hernandez. The winner and their guests – a party of 29(!) – will enjoy a traditional Mexican meal never offered before at Al Carbon: molcajete. The group will have the entire restaurant to themselves for a party and four course meal centered around molcajete mixto – a unique lava bowl overflowing with seasoned picaña, chorizo, and Al Carbon’s signature rotisserie chicken – garnished with cheese, baby grilled onions, grilled cactus leaves, cilantro and guacamole. Served with rice, beans and tortillas.
Plus, the group will enjoy a full open bar, including, newly available at Al Carbon: margaritas and other cocktails. It’s the ultimate Al Carbon experience: The “29” Molcajete and Margarita Party.
Note: The auction winner will schedule their party on a mutually convenient Monday through Thursday for Al Carbon.
