ZoCaLo Auction
by Charlottesville29
Here is your chance to experience ZoCaLo like you never have experienced it before, while helping to fight hunger in the area. It’s The Charlottesville 29 Restaurant Auctions, presented by McGuireWoods. Along with all of the other restaurants in The Charlottesville 29, ZoCaLo has created a signature experience available to whoever pledges the highest donation to The Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. Thanks to the generosity of ZoCaLo, the winning bid goes directly to the food bank, and each dollar donated is enough to provide four meals to the area’s hungry. So, a winning bid of, say, $1,000 would mean not just a wonderful meal for the winner and their guests, but also 4,000 more meals for the area’s hungry.

ZoCaLo’s Exclusive Tasting Menu for Six
For more than a decade, ZoCaLo has been one of Charlottesville’s most consistently excellent restaurants, thanks to the perfectionism of chef-owners Andrew Silver and Ivan Rekosh. Here is a chance to enjoy their greatest dishes all in one sitting. The auction winner and five of their guests will enjoy an eight-course tasting menu of the favorite dishes of Rekosh and Silver. Silver or Rekosh will serve each course with wine and cocktail pairings, and also visit with guests to discuss each dish’s preparation. Expect some regular favorites, plus a few off-menu surprises. Guests will also receive a personalized menu to commemorate the evening.
