It is an honor to join three of our area’s greatest culinary minds – Dr. Leni Sorensen, Ira Wallace, and Craig Hartman – on a panel charged with discovering Charlottesville’s signature dish. Throughout its history, Charlottesville has been known for its food. But, among all that our region has to offer, what dish distinguishes us most? Our panel’s task is to leave no stone unturned in answering that question. But, we cannot do it without you.
