Brookville Releases Auction Menu
While all of the experiences in The Charlottesville 29 Restaurant Auctions are amazing, among the most poignant and personal is Brookville’s. For the first time ever, Brookville chef Harrison Keevil will recreate the meal that inspired him to become a chef, a tasting menu that blew is mind in 2005 at Petrus, the Michelin-starred restaurant then in London’s Berkeley Hotel, under chef Marcus Wareing. Here it is. And, wow.
