C&O Auction

C&O

Here is your chance to experience the C&O like you never have experienced it before, while helping to feed the area’s hungry. It’s The Charlottesville 29 Restaurant Auctions, presented by McGuireWoods. Along with all of the other restaurants in The Charlottesville 29, the C&O has created a signature experience available to whoever pledges the highest donation to The Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. Thanks to the generosity of the C&O, the winning bid goes directly to the food bank, and each dollar donated is enough to provide four meals to the area’s hungry.  So, a winning bid of, say, $2,000 would mean not just a wonderful meal for the winner and their guests, but also 8,000 more meals for the area’s hungry.

The C&O signature experience for The Charlottesville 29 Restaurant Auctions:

The Dinner Dean Has Always Wanted to Cook

C&O Chef-owner Dean Maupin is one of the area’s most accomplished chefs, having run the kitchens of both The Clifton Inn and Fossett’s before taking over the C&O. For The Charlottesville 29 Restaurant Auctions, Maupin is creating the dinner he “has always wanted to cook,” as he puts it. A group of twelve guests will have the entire C&O gallery to themselves, where Maupin will serve an all-inclusive, eight-course dinner, including what he calls “a completely ridiculous amount of luxury consisting of the finest products, and of course paired with really special wines.” Guests will even receive a personalized menu to commemorate the evening.

Note: Date and time to be determined with auction winner, subject to availability.

Bidding for the C&O auction is closed.
