It’s Supper Club — a new series of exclusive, casual dinners Monday evenings at Public Fish & Oyster. Each week features a special host from the food and beverage industry with whom guests can break bread and talk shop. Three courses, oysters, and pairings. Plus, says Public owner Daniel Kaufman, “each host will lead a fun, casual conversation about their craft as well as anything else on their minds.” Just $45.
First up, this Monday January 7, is Brad McCarthy, winemaker of White Hall Vineyards. Future guests include Gail Hobbs-Page of Caromont Farm, Hunter Smith of Champion Brewing Company, and, on March 4, yours truly. To keep the conversation intimate, space for each supper is very limited, so Public recommends booking well in advance.
