James Beard Local Dish

Six Charlottesville area restaurants have been accepted to be participate in the James Beard Foundation’s 2013 Taste America Local Dish program, where top restaurants around the country are creating a dish that reflects their local cuisine and donating $1 from the sale of each dish to the James Beard Foundation’s educational efforts.   Only three cities in the country have more participants.  Below are links to the dishes of three of the participating area restaurants: Brookville, Fossett’s, and Ivy Inn.  More to come.
